- Super Shuttle should be called Frowsy Shuttle and it lacks alacrity. #
- I’ve always felt Hawaii was behind the rest of the world when it comes to customer service. Guess I was wrong; poor service is everywhere! #
- Bottomline: don’t expect anyone to do their job. American Airlines hooked us up with LAX Super Shuttle. We may never leave LAX!!! #
- 7 hour delay on American Airlines, and now we have shuttle voucher issues at 4am. Get me to a bed!!!! #
